Fluent in Italian A team in Porto is looking for their next Customer Service.
Youd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.
What youd be doing:
- Contribute to a supportive collaborative team environment
- Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
- Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
- Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
What were looking for:
- Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
- Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship valid permit or equivalent)
- Comfortable in a fast-moving customer-facing role
