Customer Service French Speaker

A French-speaking Customer Service is needed for a team based in Braga Portugal.

Its a front-line support role: fielding questions solving problems and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What youd be doing:

• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Respond to customer questions across phone chat and/or email
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when theyre frustrated

What were looking for:

• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
• Comfortable in a fast-moving customer-facing role
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship valid permit or equivalent)
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
