Youll spend most of it on A Customer support / Software advisor role with a confidential healthcare software provider supporting healthcare professionals through telephone and email providing software training and working with Sales Marketing and Product teams. Focus: Healthcare software Customer support Telephone and advisory Customer.

Less often youll also training Email Support in short: Healthcare professionals Software and support Training Phone & Email Customer Success Monday to Friday: Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 07:00PM (Rotational shifts).

Were looking for someone with Native or fluent in French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems strong customer service and communication skills confident telephone and email communication ability to advise and train customers on software strong problem-solving skills Customer-focused approach and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Marketing and Product.

930.00 complexity bonus of 140 (paid in 11 month) (gross)

• for all waves till 8th of Oct:
• Welcome Bonus - 2000 - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
