Requirements: Native or fluent in French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills. Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems. Strong customer service and communication skills Confident telephone and email communication Ability to advise and train customers on software Strong problem-solving skills Customer-focused approach Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Marketing and Product.
