Job Summary

Your contribution to something big:

  • Coordination and negotiation of production planning activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive production plan that is directly aligned with annual sales forecasts and business objectives.
  • Operational management of production leveling and monitoring of KPIs to ensure efficiency.
  • Oversee customer shipments and proactively manage bottlenecks to guarantee delivery targets are consistently met.
  • Actively participate and contribute to critical industrialization projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a temporary position for a planned duration of 10 months to cover a leave of absence.


Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Production Management or a similar field.
  • Experience: You have hands-on experience with production processes quality tools and the application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Know-how: You bring a solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office. Your skills include strong analytical negotiation and decision-making abilities combined with excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Languages: You are proficient in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Working Style and Methods: You are a proactive problem-solver who can think both critically and creatively. You thrive in a dynamic collaborative environment and are willing to travel as required.
  • Personality: You are a highly organized and resilient individual with a strong sense of ownership capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
