Customer Experience Specialist – Dutch Speaker

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in this position you will support a premium consumer brand delivering a high-quality and personalized customer experience across multiple channels. You will act as a brand ambassador ensuring every interaction builds trust engagement and long-term customer loyalty.

Your Role

• Provide support via phone email and chat ensuring a professional and personalized customer experience
• Handle both inbound and outbound contacts understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Deliver high-quality service with a strong focus on first contact resolution
• Act as a brand ambassador representing products and services with confidence and expertise
• Assist customers with orders product inquiries and account-related topics
• Identify opportunities for customer retention and upselling based on customer preferences
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to ensure service excellence

Your Profile

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) with good English skills
• Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
• Ability to handle both service and sales-oriented conversations
• Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in premium products and customer experience

What Is Offered

• Full-time on-site position in Lisbon 40 hours per week with rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday between 07:00 19:00 Paid training (approximately 11 working days 8 hours per day)
