Customer Advisor – Spanish

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon Portugal and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support customers of a payment-solutions provider with account and payment questions. As a Spanish-speaking specialist you will be the friendly professional voice of the company for its customers handling contacts by phone live chat and email.

• Handle incoming customer contacts in Spanish by phone live chat and email
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate complete answers using the right tools
• Build trust through clear friendly and professional communication
• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

• Native or near-native Spanish (C2) and fluent English (C1) spoken and written
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills
• High-school diploma and at least 6 months of contact-centre experience with a strong customer focus
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Flexible for rotating 24/7 shifts in the office including night shifts and weekends

• Salary: 920 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Complexity bonus: 25 per month
• Meal allowance: 7.63 net per working day
• Private health insurance: available from day 1 with a monthly contribution free after 6 months on the contract

• Candidates relocating from abroad: a room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months with rent and utilities deducted directly from your payslip (details shared during screening)
• Flight tickets are not reimbursed

• Location: Lisbon Portugal on-site
• Working hours: MondaySunday rotating 24/7 shifts (2 rotating days off)
• Contract: Full-time 6-month contract
