Customer Advisor – French

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Porto Portugal and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support customers of an international mobility provider with reservations rental enquiries and upgrades. As a French-speaking specialist you will be the friendly professional voice of the company for its customers handling contacts by phone and email.

• Handle incoming customer contacts in French by phone and email
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate complete answers using the right tools
• Build trust through clear friendly and professional communication
• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

• Native or near-native French (C2) and fluent English (B2) spoken and written
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Customer-focused mindset
• Available for rotating shifts

• Salary: 1000 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Meal allowance: 7.63 net per working day
• Private health insurance: available from day 1 with a monthly contribution free after 6 months on the contract

• Candidates relocating from abroad: a room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months with rent and utilities deducted directly from your payslip (details shared during screening)
• Flight tickets are not reimbursed

• Location: Porto Portugal on-site
• Working hours: MondayFriday 07:0018:00 (rotating shifts)
• Contract: Full-time 6-month contract
