CS Russian Speaker

A well-established company operating across Europe is expanding its Russian-speaking team and is hiring a CS based in Lisbon Portugal.

Youll be the first point of contact for customers helping resolve their questions and issues with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone chat and/or email
• Provide accurate friendly and efficient support
• Keep internal systems updated with case details
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What were looking for:

• Fluent Russian English with strong English communication skills
• Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship valid work permit or equivalent)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
