CRM & Reporting Associate Polish Speaker
Job Summary
Creating data mining architectures/models/protocols statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets
Blending historical data from available external and internal data sources
Data processing cleaning analysis modelling and visualization to identify data patterns and trends to help improve business decision making
Analysis may be applied to various areas of the business (e.g. Market Economics Supply Chain Marketing/Advertising Scientific Research etc.)
Researching and applying knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles theories and techniques to inform business decisions
At higher career levels may conduct scientific research projects with the goal of breaking new ground in data analytics
The CRM & Reporting Associate supports the administration maintenance and continuous improvement of the CRM platform used by Commercial teams across the organization.
The role helps ensure CRM system effectiveness data quality user support and alignment of CRM functionality with commercial processes and business requirements. Working closely with Commercial Excellence Sales IT and Global CoE teams the CRM & Reporting Analyst contributes to the effective and compliant use of Microsoft Dynamics while supporting reporting data management and process improvement activities.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
CRM System Support & Administration (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Support the day-to-day administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Assist with maintaining CRM configurations data structures workflows and user settings.
- Support testing activities for system enhancements updates and releases.
- Work with IT and Global CRM teams to help resolve system issues and implement improvements.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues when required.
- Help maintain CRM documentation and process guidelines.
CRM Data Quality & Governance
- Support CRM data quality initiatives and follow established data governance standards.
- Monitor data completeness accuracy and consistency and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with regular data quality reviews and cleansing activities.
- Support reporting and analytics requirements by ensuring accurate CRM data.
- Maintain user guides training materials and process documentation.
User Management Training & Support
- Support user account administration including provisioning access requests and role assignments.
- Act as a first point of contact for CRM user questions and basic system issues.
- Work closely with the CRM Service Desk to track and resolve incidents and enhancement requests.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new CRM users.
- Support user adoption and change management activities related to CRM enhancements.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence Sales Marketing and IT teams to support CRM-related activities.
- Gather user feedback and business requirements for system improvements.
- Assist in coordinating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Contribute to CRM standardization and process alignment initiatives.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Support global and regional CRM projects and enhancement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience and streamline CRM processes.
- Assist with documenting business requirements testing and implementation activities.
- Contribute ideas for improving CRM functionality data quality and user adoption.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Follow company policies data privacy requirements (including GDPR) and CRM procedures.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to CRM access and data quality.
- Maintain accurate records documentation and audit evidence where required.

Skills & Competencies
Technical / Functional
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and configuration
- Good Excel skills; knowledge of Power Automate Power BI or VBA is an advantage
- Basic understanding of commercial processes and CRM systems
- Exposure to CRM data management user access/security roles and system support activities
- Ability to follow established processes for documentation testing and system updates
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop CRM expertise
