Content Moderator Role

We are currently looking for Italian-speaking professionals to join a dynamic and multicultural Content Moderation team in Porto. Rotating shifts (24/7 operation)

• Review and moderate online content in Italian according to internal policies and community guidelines
• Help ensure a safe and positive experience for platform users
• Identify and remove content that violates platform standards
• Maintain accuracy quality and consistency in moderation decisions
• Collaborate with an international team in a fast-paced and professional environment

• Strong communication skills in Italian
• English level B2 or higher
• Good judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to remain focused and organized in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable working rotating shifts
• Porto-based candidates or professionals open to relocation
• Previous experience in customer support content moderation or digital environments is a plus
