Content Moderator – Polish Speaker – Lisbon, Portugal

No experience Thats fine this one comes with full training in Lisbon Portugal.

Youll spend most of it on review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics. Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures. Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes. Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks. Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week.

Were looking for someone with native-level fluency in Polish and good command of English (B2 level minimum). Strong communication and decision-making skills. Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. Prior experience in content moderation customer service or a similar area is an asset. Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced shift-based environment.

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly 12 which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
