CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Polish-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e-commerce project based in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team working in a fast-paced environment that values high standards of quality and compliance. As a Content Moderator you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing content maintaining compliance with platform policies and making informed moderation decisions based on local market knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics
- Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures
- Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes
- Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks
- Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week
Qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in Polish and good command of English (B2 level minimum)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
- Prior experience in content moderation customer service or a similar area is an asset
- Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced shift-based environment
