Content Moderator Lisbon, Portugal

Location: Lisbon Porto Salvo

Start Date: 2nd October 2025

Schedule: Monday to Friday between 07:00 22:00 (Rotative shifts)

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

We are seeking detail-oriented and resilient Content Moderators to join our dynamic team in this role you will ensure a safe and respectful online environment by reviewing and moderating sensitive advertisements. This includes but is not limited to content related to:

• Pornography & Nudity
• Violence & Gore
• Human Trafficking & Bullying
• Drugs & Alcohol

Your work will directly help keep online platforms safe and compliant with company guidelines.

• Base Salary: 1000 gross/month (x14 months)
• Performance Bonus: 380 (x12 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7.23/day
• Transport Allowance: 20/month

• Health Insurance: From Day 1 (monthly contribution; free after 6 months)
• Meal & Transport Allowance (as above)

For candidates relocating from outside mainland Portugal:

• Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400 (economy class) at the end of the 6th month
• Accommodation: Room in a shared apartment (max 12 months) with all bills included 280/month (deducted from payslip)

For candidates already in mainland Portugal:

• You are welcome to apply without relocation requirements!

• Fluent in Italian (C2)
• Good English Skills (B2)
• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience when handling sensitive content
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon (Porto Salvo)

• Full-time Fixed Schedule (MondayFriday)
