Content Moderator – Greek Speaker

CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Greek-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e-commerce project based in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team working in a fast-paced environment that values high standards of quality and compliance. As a Content Moderator you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing content maintaining compliance with platform policies and making informed moderation decisions based on local market knowledge.

Your Role

• Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics
• Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures
• Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes
• Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks
• Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week

Your Profile

• Native-level fluency in Greek and good command of English (B2 level minimum)
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
• Prior experience in content moderation customer service or a similar area is an asset
• Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced shift-based environment

Relocation

Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount free after 6 months
