Content Moderator Dutch-Speaking

In this on-site role you will play an important part in maintaining product and service standards on a leading e-commerce platform while using your language skills and local market knowledge to review content effectively.

• Guarantee product and service standards on the e-commerce platform.
• Review content using rational decision-making and local market expertise.
• Ensure high standards of quality when reviewing content.
• Develop and maintain expertise in e-commerce product and service standards.
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
• Ensure policy and legal compliance as well as the safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Identify and escalate issues following established procedures.
• Adapt to changing policies and operational requirements while maintaining established standards.

• Fluent Dutch and English proficiency.
• Strong content moderation skills.
• Demonstrated rational decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of local market nuances.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to ensure policy and legal compliance and content safety.
• Ability to maintain high quality standards when reviewing content.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce products and service standards.
• Ability to cope with high queue volumes particularly during peak seasons.
• Strong customer service skills and empathy.
• Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules while following standard operating procedures.

• 24/7 coverage from Monday to Sunday.
• Two rotational days off per week.
