Are you a Dutch-speaking professional with sharp judgment and a passion for e-commerce Were looking for a Content Moderator to help maintain a safe trustworthy platform in a modern Lisbon workplace!

Maintain strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products services & industry standards
Review content in line with established SLAs and quality benchmarks
Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies legal standards & safety guidelines
Adapt to policy updates schedule changes and follow standard operating procedures consistently
Identify and escalate issues through proper internal channels adhering to company protocols

Native/fluent Dutch (verbal & written) fluent English (B2 minimum)
Excellent moderation abilities clear communication sound judgment local market insight
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
Ability to work in shift rotation (MondaySunday 24/7)
Strong customer service skills empathy effective communication balanced decision-making
