Content Moderator – Czech

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon Portugal and is hiring for the role of Content Moderator. You will help keep a global short-video platform safe by reviewing content against its policies. As a Czech-speaking Content Moderator you will review online content against platform policies in a fast-paced environment. Please note that the role involves viewing sensitive or potentially disturbing material and you will work rotating 24/7 shifts.

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Czech in line with platform policies
• Make accurate consistent decisions within set time frames
• Follow quality and productivity targets
• Escalate unclear or high-risk cases
• Take part in ongoing training and well-being support

• Native or fluent Czech (C1) and good English (B2) spoken and written
• Previous experience in content moderation social media or a related field is a plus
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content
• Flexible for rotating 24/7 shifts

• Salary: 1078 gross per month with company-provided accommodation or 1282 gross per month without accommodation
• Training allowance: 18.56 per day (92.80 per week)
• Private health insurance

• If you live more than 100 km from the office: airport pick-up and a company room
• Travel costs covered after the 9th month plus a yearly flight home for international candidates

• Location: Lisbon Portugal on-site
• Contract: Full-time 12-month contract
