Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The successful candidate will place smooth level and finish concrete surfaces for commercial industrial and residential projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on concrete experience understands finishing techniques and is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe work environment.

• Prepare pour spread and level concrete using hand and power tools.
• Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using trowels floats screeds and power finishing equipment.
• Apply surface treatments textures and finishes according to project specifications.
• Set forms install reinforcing materials and assist with concrete placement as required.
• Cut expansion and control joints using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Repair and restore damaged concrete surfaces.
• Monitor concrete curing and ensure proper finishing procedures are followed.
• Read and interpret construction drawings specifications and project plans.
• Operate and maintain concrete finishing equipment and hand tools.
• Follow all company safety procedures and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors equipment operators and other construction personnel.
• Keep work areas clean organized and free of hazards.

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar construction role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete finishing methods materials and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience using trowels floats screeds edgers and power finishing equipment.
• Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).

• Construction or trade certification.
• Experience with commercial civil or large-scale concrete projects.
• Knowledge of decorative concrete finishes and surface treatments.
• First Aid or OSHA/Construction Safety certification.
