Position: Ads Support for an AI Research & Deployment Company English Market Location: Lisbon Portugal Work Model: On-site Contract Type: Portuguese employment contract Training: 15 working days 8 hours/day (paid after successful completion)

Salary Package (monthly gross simulation): Base salary: 938 EUR Holiday allowance: 78.17 EUR Christmas allowance: 78.17 EUR Meal allowance: 154 EUR (7 EUR/day) Variable productivity bonus: up to 200 EUR/month Total monthly gross: 1248.33 EUR up to 200 EUR bonus

Main Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve issues related to ads ad accounts payments access and platform functionality Assist users with advertising policies account requirements and platform guidelines Troubleshoot technical issues affecting ad creation publication delivery billing or performance Guide users through platform tools and processes Provide clear accurate customerfriendly solutions via email chat and phone Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure proper documentation Maintain high customer satisfaction and strong firstcontact resolution
