Job Description

Purpose

Reporting to the QTC Manager in this position you will be responsible for monitoring ATMs on the day-to-day business assuring coordination between banks and branches cash load reconciliation cash loss reporting and branch support to vault cash locations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor track and report on low cash out of cash and lead-day out of cash events
  • Monitor for missed loads create cases and / or escalate to branches for resolution
  • Review and validate processor claims and ATM shortages
  • Update logs spreadsheets call tickets and workflows in the PAI reports as required
  • Assist with the bank claims process ensuring claims are organized and updated daily
  • Work cross-functionally to identify track and resolve breach locations

Requirements

  • 1 years of experience in Operations preferably in a shared service environment
  • Attention to details
  • Deep and broad understanding of customer service customer support and data analysis
  • Willing to invest time in resolving issues
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Working experience with advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel)
  • Communication skills and cooperative mindset high level of accountability and accuracy and team player with a good sense for different company/ country cultures
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
