Your role
- Assist users with billing and account access
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers in using AI products
What were looking for
- English at C1 level
- Experience in technical support or an educational/work background in a technical field
- Strong interest in AI and confidence using technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work conditions
- On-site in Lisbon Portugal
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- Day shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM Monday to Sunday
