For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

6 years of experience as an IT Developer / Software Engineer (Equity)
Proficiency in C# (.NET) and Oracle/PL-SQL at an advanced level covering development optimization and troubleshooting within a regulated financial environment.
Demonstrated ability to customize integrate and troubleshoot Sophis (Front to Back) in close collaboration with business and trading system teams.
Familiarity with equity derivatives workflows and financial regulations with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail enabling accurate diagnosis and resolution of technical and functional issues in production environments.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing actively to a small cross-functional agile team sharing knowledge and maintaining high delivery quality.
Hands-on experience with Git CLR XLD Azure DevOps and Jenkins
Exposure to secondary technologies such as C Java Python PowerShell or Power BI is a plus for extending team capabilities across reporting and automation tasks.
Fluency in English (B2)
Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week based in Porto
Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
