THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aBusiness Data Analyst for a national project.


YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders data owners and regulatory teams.
  Translate business needs into functional specifications (user stories acceptance criteria datamodel diagrams).
  Create and maintain documentation (requirements catalog data dictionary process maps test plans).
  Facilitate test planning by participating in design test cases
  Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders through sprint demos status reports and reviews.
  Identify improvement opportunities in the transversal framework propose enhancements.
  Collaborate with the ETL development team to design optimal dataflow and transformation logic.
  Define implement and maintain the dataquality framework (rules thresholds validation checks).

• Proven professional experience in similar roles.
• SQL development skills (Oracle is the DB used).
• PL/SQL development skills.
• IBM Datastage PX and/or other similar ETL tools.
• Agile ProjectManagement Tools Manage backlogs user stories and traceability in Jira or Azure DevOps; ensure requirements are linked to test cases and delivery artifacts.
• Data Analysis & Visualization Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) statistical summarization and create visual insights (PowerBI Tableau or Excel) to support requirementgathering and decisionmaking.
• DataQuality & Profiling Techniques Use dataprofiling methods to define validation rules cleansing procedures and qualitymetric dashboards.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written & spoken) proficiency in French is a plus.
