Your Mission:

Youll sit at the heart of the Front Office domain working closely with business stakeholders developers and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver high-quality solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather challenge and refine business needs from banking stakeholders
• Translate requirements into clear functional specs user stories and use cases
• Lead workshops and collaborate with international teams
• Support development teams by clarifying functional topics and validating solutions
• Execute and contribute to test strategies (functional regression etc.)
• Ensure smooth deployments and post-go-live validations
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems

Qualifications :

Profile:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in banking IT environments
• Solid knowledge of wealth management securities and Forex
• Proven track record across the full project lifecycle
• Expertise in writing specifications testing and process modelling
• Hands-on with tools like SQL Jira Confluence
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced international environments
• Proficiency in English

Additional Information :

(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
