Business Analyst

Overview:

IT Business Analyst mission is to provide technical and functional support to users of the banks EIR Flows. Usually this position consists in support to users requests; issues questions and change management; coordination with other levels of addition it will be required to provide feedback to user and communicate on issue resolution.

What will you do

• Ensure end user support (Back Office Finance teams Business units) to resolve production issues
• Follow-up on production monitoring incident management and prepare incident dashboards
• Monitor business accounting entries analyse rejects and inform businesses
• Ensure system administration and maintenance (rules management data dictionary management set up of the accounting and non-accounting flows)
• Work closely with central IT teams on production monitoring and incidents management
• Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities

What are we looking for

• Mainframe (Cobol or JCL) - Expert
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) - Expert
• Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a multicultural fast changing and demanding environment
• Strong analytical mind problem solving planning & organization skills
• Work in a multi cultural environment
• Fluent in English
