Business Analyst | Clients & Industries (Business Development)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (up to 3 years of experience) to join our CBS Clients & Industries team at EY. This role is focused on supporting internal business development growth and market positioning initiatives across priority sectors and clients.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across service lines sectors and geographies contributing to strategic analyses market and client intelligence and the development of proposals and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support internal business development and growth initiatives across Clients & Industries
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support go-to-market strategies sector priorities and client targeting
Perform market industry and client research to identify trends opportunities and competitive positioning
Collect structure and analyse data related to clients markets sectors and pipeline performance
Support the preparation of internal and external materials including proposals credentials presentations and strategic reports
Ensure accuracy consistency and quality of analyses and outputs in line with EY methodologies and internal standards

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Management Business Administration Economics Marketing or a related field
Up to 3 years of professional experience in business analysis business development consulting strategy marketing or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information clearly
Solid understanding of business fundamentals markets and value drivers
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English both written and spoken

Nice to Have

Experience in internal consulting business development or commercial strategy roles
Knowledge of marketing strategy customer analysis pipeline management or go-to-market frameworks
Interest in understanding industry dynamics and client needs across multiple sectors
