Banking Sector | Genesys Developer

We are looking for a Developer specializing in Contact Center solutions to join a large-scale technological operation. The focus of this role is the design development and maintenance of voice architectures and complex integrations using Genesys On-Premise (Engage) or Diabolocom. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecommunications and hands-on experience orchestrating interaction flows and system integrations (APIs/SDKs).

Main Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain robust integrations and solutions in a Genesys On-Premise or Diabolocom environment.

• Configure and optimize interaction flows (IVR ACD Routing) using core platform tools (e.g. Genesys Composer IRD).

• Develop integrations between the Contact Center infrastructure and external systems (CRMs ERPs Databases) using REST APIs Webhooks and Platform SDKs.

• Analyze validate and audit platform configurations ensuring the stability and efficiency of the telephone operations.

• Support the full technical project lifecycle: requirements gathering (scoping) build testing phase and production deployment.

• Act as a technical liaison between the Development Product BI and Operations teams.

• Provide advanced technical support for the platform assisting management and cross-border teams in incident resolution.

• Collaborate on data structuring for reporting analytics and continuous improvement processes of the Contact Center.

• Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation user manuals and ensure the training of technical teams whenever necessary.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in development integration or architecture with Genesys On-Premise or Diabolocom.

• Academic background or proven technical experience in Telecommunications (solid understanding of voice networks VoIP SIP SIP Trunking PBX).

• Experience in building IVR trees and Routing rules (knowledge of VXML or SCXML is highly valued).

• Solid experience in consuming and creating APIs for system integration and proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g. Java C# ).

• Excellent communication skills and ease in working with cross-functional teams (Project Management Sales Operations).

• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (French is not mandatory).
