Compensation

• Base Salary: 1400 gross/month (14 times)

• Performance Bonus: Up to 100 gross/month

What Youll Be Doing

As a Back Office Customer Support Agent youll play a key role in ensuring customers receive fast and efficient support without handling continuous inbound calls.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer cases from start to resolution

• Processing back-office requests accurately and efficiently

• Supporting Connected Services and vehicle-related enquiries

• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues

• Delivering excellent service while meeting quality and SLA targets

What Were Looking For

Native or C2 Flemish speaker
English level B2 or higher

Previous experience in:

• Back Office Support

• Customer Service

• Technical Support

• Contact Centre (advantage)

• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• Rotating shifts

• Operating between 07:00 and 22:00
