Job Summary

We are looking for a B2C Operations Customer Expert I to join our customer support this role you will provide warm friendly and professional support to private customers over the phone in Italian helping resolve issues quickly and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Starting date:10/August

What youll do

  • Handle inbound customer calls from private B2C customers
  • Support customers with:
    • device issues
    • subscription problems
    • billing inquiries
    • general service questions
  • Deliver an empathetic helpful and professional customer experience
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products or services when appropriate
  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in every interaction

What were looking for

  • Fluency in Italian both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An energetic proactive and sales-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working conditions

  • Full-time role: 40 hours per week
  • Rotational shifts
  • Working days: Monday to Sunday
  • Working hours: 06:00 to 22:00
  • 8 working hours per day plus 1 hour lunch break
  • Portuguese employment contract
  • Portuguese public holidays apply
  • If you work on a public holiday you receive a compensation day
  • Vacation entitlement:
    • First year: proportional vacation up to 20 days
    • Following years: 22 days per calendar year

Compensation and benefits

  • Total package compensation: 1250 including benefits-in-kind
  • Apartment benefit-in-kind: 200 with apartment / 0 without apartment
  • Health insurance from day one
  • Meal allowance is provided by debit card and is tax-exempt
  • Optional accommodation in company-rented furnished apartments for at least the first 14 months with utilities included

Employment type

  • Employment contract: uncertain term
  • Foreseeable duration: 12 months
  • If the employment continues beyond 2 years it becomes permanent
