Your Profile

  • Language
  • Proficiency: Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma (mandatory)
  • Stable job history (not frequent job hopping)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service with a strong customer-oriented approach
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with automated customer service platforms is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Ability to work independently while following company protocols

  • Schedule: Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts (24/7 operations) with two rotating days off
