Job Summary

We are looking for a B2B Lead Intelligence Manager (m/f/d) to join our this role you will own the strategic direction of our B2B lead pipeline thinking beyond day-to-day operations to identify where our best corporate leads come from how we can attract larger and higher-value accounts and how we can distribute and prioritize leads more intelligently across our global sales teams. Working closely with sales marketing and tech you will shape the frameworks and strategies that drive long-term pipeline growth and conversion efficiency. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

  • You own the strategic direction of our B2B lead pipeline identifying new high-value lead sources evaluating market opportunities and continuously expanding the quality and scale of our corporate customer pipeline
  • You design and evolve frameworks for lead prioritization and distribution ensuring the right leads reach the right sales teams to maximize revenue impact
  • You think commercially about lead attractiveness: which industries company sizes and geographies represent the biggest opportunity for SIXT and how we systematically go after them
  • You analyze pipeline performance at a strategic level conversion rates lead quality trends and revenue per lead and translate findings into actionable growth strategies
  • You partner closely with sales marketing and tech leadership to align lead intelligence strategy with go-to-market priorities and drive measurable pipeline impact

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience: Proven experience in a strategic commercial revenue operations or B2B demand generation role with ownership of pipeline strategy rather than purely operational execution
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think beyond day-to-day execution identifying growth opportunities designing frameworks and making data-informed decisions that shape commercial direction
  • Data & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting pipeline and funnel data working with CRM systems and translating insights into strategic recommendations
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics corporate customer acquisition and what makes a high-value lead with the ability to connect lead strategy to revenue outcomes
  • Language & Education: Fluent in English to collaborate with international stakeholders; Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics or a related field
