Automotive Operator

Are you an automotive mechanic looking to transition your technical expertise into a global corporate environment We have an exciting corporate opportunity in Porto within the Extended Warranty Management sector supporting major European markets.

This role bridges the gap between technical automotive knowledge and administrative operations!

Location: Porto Portugal
Work Model: Hybrid (First month fully onsite for training followed by a 50/50 hybrid model)
Contract: Permanent Contract from Day 1

What youll be doing:

• Reviewing and validating vehicle repair requests based on contract coverage.
• Utilizing your mechanical knowledge to analyze claims assess financial risk and support decision-making.
• Coordinating directly with clients internal departments and business partners by phone.
• Handling the administrative follow-up of the operational processes.

What we are looking for:

• Technical Background: Mandatory experience as an automotive mechanic (essential for understanding the repair requests).
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (B2-C1 level) good written English.
• Education: Minimum completed high school education (12th grade).
• Strong communication administrative skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
