Automotive Customer Service German-Speaking

We are looking for a German-Speaking Automotive Customer Service Specialist to support customers using automotive digital services. This fully remote position allows you to provide excellent customer experiences from your home anywhere in Portugal.

• Provide professional customer support in German and English.
• Assist customers with enquiries related to automotive digital services.
• Explain digital features services and relevant procedures clearly.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate and effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot common technical and account-related issues.
• Guide customers through the available digital tools and processes.
• Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Meet established quality productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote working environment.

• Native or fluent German both written and spoken.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• Must already reside in Portugal.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in automotive technology and digital services.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional patient and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Availability to work rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation.
