Automation & AI Specialist (fmdiv.)

As an Automation & AI Specialist you will play a key role in driving innovation by enabling smarter workflows and empowering teams with cutting-edge AI tools.

You will combine expertise in Microsoft Power Platform AI solutions and IT infrastructure to help scale automation across the organization while fostering a culture of continuous learning and technological curiosity.

Your contribution to something big:

• Design and implement low-code automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Power BI) to optimize business processes
• Act as a trusted advisor for AI tools such as Copilot and Gemini supporting colleagues in their adoption and daily usage
• Enable others by creating and delivering engaging training sessions on AI and automation technologies
• Support and collaborate on enterprise IT infrastructure topics including data center environments and network security
• Contribute to a secure and scalable infrastructure by working on segmentation firewall and access control concepts
• Stay ahead of technology trends and actively bring innovative ideas into the organization

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

Education

• Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a comparable field

Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and automation solutions
• Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or similar AI assistants
• Experience delivering training or enabling others in technical topics is a plus

Know-how

• Good understanding of AI concepts and digital automation
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including Windows Server and virtualization environments (e.g. Nutanix)
• Basic understanding of networking and security concepts (e.g. Cisco ACI segmentation firewalls)

Languages

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical topics to diverse audiences
