Automation AI Developer (fmdiv.)

As an Automation AI Developer you will design develop and implement automation and AI-driven solutions that support HR IT processes and business needs. Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams you will translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring scalability stability and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design develop and implement automation solutions and AI-powered applications for HR IT use cases.
• Build maintain and optimize automation workflows API integrations and low-code solutions using modern automation platforms.
• Integrate AI services such as natural language processing intelligent document processing and conversational AI into existing HR IT systems.
• Analyze business processes identify automation opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows.
• Deploy monitor troubleshoot and continuously optimize automation and AI solutions while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications :

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Software Engineering or a comparable technical field.

Experience

• Approximately 3 years of professional experience in automation development business analysis project management or a related IT role.
• Experience developing automation solutions in an HR or enterprise IT environment is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience with low-code platforms and automation technologies such as OutSystems Microsoft Power Platform UiPath ServiceNow or similar.

Know-how

• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks API development and integration and AI-enabled solutions.
• Solid understanding of application lifecycle management agile methodologies and database concepts.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages used for automation (e.g. Python) is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Languages

• Fluent English (written and spoken minimum C1 level).
• German is considered an asset.
