Automation AI Developer (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
As an Automation AI Developer you will design develop and implement automation and AI-driven solutions that support HR IT processes and business needs. Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams you will translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring scalability stability and continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Design develop and implement automation solutions and AI-powered applications for HR IT use cases.
- Build maintain and optimize automation workflows API integrations and low-code solutions using modern automation platforms.
- Integrate AI services such as natural language processing intelligent document processing and conversational AI into existing HR IT systems.
- Analyze business processes identify automation opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows.
- Deploy monitor troubleshoot and continuously optimize automation and AI solutions while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Software Engineering or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience in automation development business analysis project management or a related IT role.
- Experience developing automation solutions in an HR or enterprise IT environment is considered an advantage.
- Proven experience with low-code platforms and automation technologies such as OutSystems Microsoft Power Platform UiPath ServiceNow or similar.
Know-how
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks API development and integration and AI-enabled solutions.
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management agile methodologies and database concepts.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages used for automation (e.g. Python) is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Languages
- Fluent English (written and spoken minimum C1 level).
- German is considered an asset.
