Artificial Intelligence Tools Support Agent English

Our client in Lisbon supports customers who use artificial intelligence tools in their work and studies. As a support agent you will be the person who makes those tools work for them with clear English explanations and practical solutions that save people time.

Typical tasks include answering product questions diagnosing errors guiding users through settings and account changes and recording each case carefully. You will also help us understand where customers struggle so the product can keep getting better.

We are looking for English at C1 level or higher a technical background or previous tech support experience and a genuine interest in artificial intelligence. Shifts are between 07:00 and 22:00 and we are hiring now with an immediate start. We also value reliability teamwork and a positive attitude and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day.

Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal such as European Union citizenship a valid residence card or permit or refugee status.
