As an Arabic-Speaking Customer Expert youll be the first point of contact for our customers delivering top-tier support via phone email and chat.

• Assist Arabic-speaking customers with inquiries orders and troubleshooting
• Deliver clear empathetic solutions that keep customer satisfaction high
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system
• Work hand in hand with your team to keep improving the customer experience

• Native Arabic speaker with an excellent command of Modern Standard (Classical) Arabic spoken and written
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication and training
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
• A valid work permit for Portugal is required candidates must already hold the legal right to work in the country
• Based in Lisbon or able to commute to our Lisbon office (please note this role does not include relocation support)
