We are hiring Arabic-speaking professionals for a Customer Service position with a leading social media platform in Lisbon.

Location: Lisbon Portugal
Position: Customer Service
Language Requirement: Arabic (Egyptian Jordanian or UAE dialect) English
Salary: 920/month x 14 salaries
Attendance Bonus: 40/month (11 months)

Requirements:
Degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience in Digital Marketing
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
Previous Contact Center or Advertising Tech experience is a plus
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising
Strong customer service and communication skills

Schedule:
Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday
Initial schedule: 07:0019:00
Future schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts
2 rotational days off
