Responsible for supporting critical commercial initiatives and providing day-to-day analytical support for the respective commercial team to drive growth for the business.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide reporting and analytical support to the appropriate Commercial Operations Manager(s)

  • Assist with funnel management - ensure data accuracy.

  • Perform win/loss data analysis. Maintain Database After Action Review for win/loss reviews.

  • Assist with territory development and deployment activities.

  • Work closely with team to monitor and track Sell & Ship opportunities

  • Provide general coaching and training for field partners

  • Support field teams through researching orders and revenue issues that effect compensation.

  • Collaborate with sales and operations partners for aged Cash On Account cleanup

  • Help support operating mechanisms processes and tools that will enable the vision of One GEHC with our customers.

  • Provide backup for Commercial Operations Managers as appropriated.

  • Ensure data analytics drive decision making for budgeting and financial planning activities.

  • Role based in the north of Portugal (Porto or surroundings) with very frequent travel required across Portugal.

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or High School diploma

  • Effective experience working with cross

  • functional teams to meet time-sensitive business objectives

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills Excel PowerPoint Word

  • Prior experience in a sales related industry

  • Outstanding communication and team player skills

  • Integrity accepting and adhering to high ethical moral and personal values in decisions communications actions and when dealing with others

  • Strategic thinker

  • Highly organized/able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proactive/resourceful
