Application Management Intern

We are conducting a recruitment process for an Application Management Intern to join a leading organization offering the opportunity to support the management and evolution of business-critical applications.

In this role you will gain exposure to different business processes understand users needs and collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement solutions acting as a bridge between the business and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and evolution of business-support applications;
• Assist with gathering and analysing business requirements;
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvements and new functionalities;
• Act as a link between business needs and technical teams;
• Support the analysis and resolution of application-related incidents and issues;
• Contribute to the documentation of processes requirements and solutions;
• Support application testing and validation of changes.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in Management Engineering Information Systems Information Technology or a related field;
• Interest in the relationship between business processes and technology;
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders;
• Organized responsible and eager to learn;
• Good command of English.
