AI Solution Developer (fmdiv.)

Your contribution to something big:

• End-to-end AI development: Design prototype deploy and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows from initial concept to production.

• Hands-on implementation: Build prompts AI agents automations and tool integrations using Python LLMs enterprise AI platforms and workflow tools such as n8n.

• System integration: Connect internal and external systems using APIs MCPs and webhooks working closely with AI Specialists and Data Engineers.

• Business alignment: Translate business requirements and user feedback into effective AI solutions and clear technical tasks.

• Product ownership: Support the product lifecycle after launch including backlog prioritization release coordination and continuous improvement.

• Business impact: Help scale AI solutions across teams and geographies with a strong focus on measurable business value.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you: 

Education: Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Data Science Business Administration or a comparable field. Equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Experience:

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI or agentic solutions ideally from prototype to production.

• Experience with sales CRM pricing or customer intelligence is a plus.

Know-how

• Strong knowledge of Python LLMs RAG AI agents APIs and workflow automation.

• Ability to rapidly develop prototypes and turn them into scalable solutions..

Working Style and Methods

• Business-oriented hands-on and comfortable working in international cross-functional teams.

• Curious about emerging AI technologies and motivated to turn ideas into practical solutions.

Personality

• Strong communicator with an ownership mindset collaborative attitude and passion for innovation.

Languages: Fluent English.
