AI Customer Support Specialist

Were partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon Portugal supporting an innovative international company developing some of the worlds most advanced AI and generative AI technologies.

This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position Monday to Sunday. You can choose in advance between the Day Shift with working hours scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00 or the Night Shift from 22:00 to 07:00 Monday to Sunday.

• Support customers across multiple communication channels

• Resolve billing invoicing and account access enquiries

• Troubleshoot platform and product-related issues

• Guide customers on using products and features effectively

• Deliver timely accurate and high-quality customer support

• Fluent English written and spoken

• Strong interest in AI and new technologies

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused and comfortable troubleshooting issues

• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment

• Availability to work Day Shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00

• Day Shift: working hours scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00 or Night Shift: between 22:00 and 07:00 (rotational time shift).
