Provide customer support for advertising-related issues including ad accounts payments access and platform functionality.
Troubleshoot issues with ad creation publication delivery billing and account performance.
Assist users with advertising policies account requirements and platform guidelines.
Guide customers through platform features and processes.
Resolve inquiries via phone email and chat while maintaining high service quality.
Document and escalate complex cases to specialized teams when required
Drive customer satisfaction through efficient case management and first-contact resolution.
Base Salary 938.00
Total Package 1 248.33 inclusive (Holiday allowance 78.17 Christmas allowance 78.17 Meal allowance 154.00 (7 per day)
Variable up to 200.00
