Join our team in Lisbon and support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across chat email and phone channels in Turkish and English.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to Small and Medium businessesvia chat email and phone (outbound calls mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat)
Deliver pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products
Offer product and tool support to improve clients experience
Identify trends and solve problems affecting multiple SMB clients
