• Location: Lisbon Portugal

Key Responsibilities

• User Support: Investigate and resolve user inquiries regarding advertisements ad accounts payment processing account access and platform functionality via email chat and phone channels.

• Policy Guidance: Assist users with understanding advertising policies account requirements and platform guidelines.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting ad creation publication delivery billing and overall account performance to ensure accurate resolutions.

• Platform Navigation: Guide users through platform features and tools empowering them to navigate and resolve concerns independently when possible.

• Case Escalation: Escalate complex issues to specialized teams while ensuring comprehensive case documentation and follow-up.

• Quality & Performance: Maintain high customer satisfaction standards focusing on first-contact resolution and exceeding client quality expectations.

Working Conditions & Schedule

• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8-hour daily shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break) operating on a 24/7 rotating schedule provided 10 days in advance.

• Workplace: On-site in Lisbon Portugal.

• Contract Type: Initial Selection Agreement for the training period followed by an Employment Uncertain Term Contract (foreseeable duration of 12 months) upon successful completion with eligibility for a permanent contract after 2 years.

Training & Onboarding

• Duration: 15 working days (8 hours per day).

• Program Coverage: TP Portugal integration training on computer software programs comprehensive client product training customer management via email/chat/phone and on-the-job training.

• Training Compensation: Daily allowance of 18.56 (92.80 weekly for 5 working days) paid proportionally upon successful completion.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base Salary: 938.00 gross monthly.

• Holiday Allowance: 78.17 monthly instalment.

• Christmas Allowance: 78.17 monthly instalment.

• Meal Allowance: 154.00 monthly (7.00 per working day paid via a tax-exempt prepaid meal card).

• Total Monthly Gross Structure: 1248.33 per month (base salary fixed allowances).

• Performance Bonus: Variable monthly productivity bonus of up to 200.00 based on performance.

• Health Benefits: Private health and dental insurance upon contract signature (requires valid NIF and Social Security number).

• Paid Leave: 22 annual holiday days under Portuguese law plus Portuguese public holidays (with a compensation day provided if working on a public holiday)
