A English-speaking Ads Support is needed for a team based in Lisbon Portugal.

Its a front-line support role: fielding questions solving problems and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What youd be doing:

• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Contribute to a supportive collaborative team environment
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality

What were looking for:

• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus though not essential
• Solid working English alongside your English
• Comfortable communicating in English at a professional level
• Fluent English written and spoken
