As an Operations Customer Expert you will deliver high-quality reactive support across multiple channels to consumer and business users of cutting-edge AI technologies and paid digital marketing campaigns.

• Ad & Campaign Support: Assist users with digital marketing tools paid ad setups and campaign management.
  
• Billing & Subscriptions: Manage invoicing account billing and payment queries seamlessly.
  
• Account Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex account access issues efficiently.
  
• User Guidance: Walk users through new features and showcase how to maximize AI tools.
  

• Language: Fluent or Native-level written and spoken English.
  
• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in digital marketing campaigns paid ads or online advertising management.
  
• Tech Skills: Strong technical aptitude fast learner and passion for software and AI innovation.
