Acceleration, Transformation & Project Management Specialist

Our Business Process Excellence department intends to recruit anAcceleration Transformation & Project Management Specialist.
What you will do:
- Shape corporate strategy and transformation initiatives through structured analysis and problem-solving;
- Work very close to the executive leadership of the platform and side by side with a high-performance team collecting input and providing insights for high-impact decision making and supporting the implementation of decided solutions;
- Act as a transformation engine for cross-functional high-impact initiatives including key business challenges operating model shifts and high-stake decision making;
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic planning prioritization and decisions;
- Understand current practices challenge status quo benchmark against best practices identify areas for improvement that maximize value creation;
- Build analysis and communication materials to support senior/high impact decision-making;
- Drive and facilitate organizational change ensuring collaboration across the various activities and stakeholders.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Engineering Finance Economics or a related field;
- A minimum of 2 years in strategy/management consulting strategic planning corporate development with a proven track record in driving high-impact projects. Experience in energy sector is a plus;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus;
- Strong analytical structuring problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Strong team-work qualities with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization;
- Good oral communication skills with experience in delivering insights to senior teams;
- Availability to travel abroad.
