Academic Internship in Information & Process Analyst (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
As an Information & Process Analyst Intern you will support the understanding structuring and improvement of how information and processes are managed within the organization.
Your role will involve gathering information from different stakeholders understanding processes and needs transforming complex information into clear and structured content and supporting the identification of improvement and digitalization opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting interviews and gathering information from different stakeholders;
- Analyzing and documenting processes activities responsibilities and information flows;
- Creating process maps workflows and other structured representations of processes;
- Organizing and simplifying information from multiple sources;
- Creating documentation reports guidelines and content for knowledge bases;
- Identifying gaps redundancies and opportunities for process improvement;
- Supporting digitalization automation and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Exploring the use of technologies such as AI process mining and digital tools in the context of processes;
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and materials to communicate results.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in one of the relevant fields or a similar area;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex topics;
- Ability to transform scattered information into clear simple and well-structured content;
- Good communication skills and an interest in working with different stakeholders;
- Interest in processes digitalization and emerging technologies;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner;
- Good written and spoken English skills.
Will be valued:
- Academic or practical experience with interviews or qualitative research;
- Knowledge of BPMN process mapping workflows or service blueprints;
- Experience creating reports documentation or knowledge base content;
- Knowledge of PowerPoint Excel Confluence or similar tools;
- Familiarity with AI automation process mining SAP Celonis or other enterprise technologies.
